Brewing beer at home is a tradition that dates back thousands of years. Today, the hobby is easier than ever to take up. With advances in science and brew technology, making great beer at home is a feat that, with some instruction, almost anyone can do.

That is where we come in.

Our brewing demonstrations are a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with the malt extract brewing method. Demos are Free and a great way for a complete novice to get their feet wet. We do not take sign ups for brewing demos as they are conducted on a drop-in basis on the day they are scheduled. Demos typically last 1.5-2 hours. Demo class sizes may vary, but the attendance is typically 30-40 student-brewers.

Brewing Classes are more advanced than our demonstrations and provide comprehensive instruction in home brewing. Enthusiastic beginners and more intermediate home brewers looking to improve their brewing should take this class. We cover the whole brewing process from grain to glass. Samples of brew are provided to give students an understanding of recipe formulation and how ingredients affect your beer. All grain brewing methods are covered in this class.
